- a realistic drawing of "The Creation of Adam," painting with two fingertips almost touching. The hand on the left is slack, and has many tattoos, and even a snake wrapped around the wrist that's head becomes a tattoo, it is dripping red blood down the wrist. The right hand is plain, and extended from a cloud with more force.
